Join us in front of City Hall (at the sculpture) for a ribbon cutting to formally dedicate the collaborative community art sculpture, “Blooming De Soto, Rising Tomorrows.” We’ll also host a casual open house in our newly remodeled De Soto Arts Council Room in the lower level of City Hall, (down the hall from Jazzercise).
