Join us in front of City Hall (at the sculpture) for a ribbon cutting to formally dedicate the collaborative community art sculpture, “Blooming De Soto, Rising Tomorrows.”

**We’ll also host a luncheon in Room 207 following the ribbon cutting. (This is a change of venue as we needed a bigger room. What a great “problem” to have!)
